About 18.5% of patients with a primary diagnosis of pneumonia were rehospitalized within 30 days of hospital discharge during the first three months of 2018, according to an analysis by Minneapolis-based ABILITY Network. That’s an improvement of 0.8% from 2017 and 1.2% from 2016.
